What does a healthy diet? I think it depends on to whom we are speaking, or which “expert” we are listening. Most people assume, before I find that I have a healthy diet. Then stopped for a moment to ask me, do you have? Well, I like to think that yes, which means eat in a healthy and regular habit of life. But that does not mean that only as healthy food, or that something not only remembering of healthy life once a year (this would not be fun!). But I try to keep the basis of my daily diet with some healthy (and some momentary impulse) unhealthy choices in the middle! If you have read my tips, you know I like to recommend that often eat a variety of foods from all food groups, taking the breakfast, and combining with small quantities of protein foods rich in carbohydrates. Because of this reason, I will give some of our “tools” for a healthy food, energy and weight loss. But we will give a closer look at what could be considered habit of healthy eating by most experts, without touches (sorry!). Also, if you spend a little more time in which we could add to our diet, rather than cut should, I believe that we find in a healthy eating more often.  So we are: Eating at least 3 different fruit each day? Eating by at least 3-5 different types of vegetables per day (including dark-green leaves, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower and cabbage - and a variety of colors)? Eating a totally vegetarian meal once a week? Eating fish instead of red meat or chicken at least twice a week? Consuming of low fat dairy products such as yogurt or milk, 2-3 times a day? Eating whole cereals in place of white flour products (such as rice instead of white full) almost every day? Eating meals nutritionally dense in place of many of calories and few nutrients (popcorn instead of M & M, for example) over 50% of the time? Replacing a method of cooking or seasoning very fat by an alternative with less fat (jelly instead of butter, or cube of chicken broth in place of oil) over 50% of the time?
Using the mono-unsaturated fats healthy as olive oil, in place of butter when using fat for cooking.
If we remember to apply some of these instruments in most of the time in order to eat healthy, then maybe we can enjoy the other options sometimes without us feel guilty and get on the road to healthy eating. Already we’re fed so healthy?

    Hi there, I believe you can stay healthy with a balanced diet. It’s all about eating plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. You should also include dairy products as a part of your daily diet. Milk, cheese and butter should be consumed in moderation. Following a particular diet can also be helpful. One such diet is the lunch box diet by Simmon lovell. I felt great after following the lunch box diet plan and I think you should give it a try.
